Sally O. Lee has brought forth a delightful book with a simple messge for children.  Maybe the things they think they are afraid of "such as monsters": are things they shouldn't fear.  In her book "Is There a Monster Over There", Mabel is afraid of monsters.  She thinks they are everywhere and they are scary.  One day she and her cat Tiffany decide to check out the monster and realize there is nothing to be afraid of and that they both have much in common.  Thsi is another great book for me to share with my grand-daughter.

Ted Rechelin has taken us on an adventure through Yellowstone national Park. He shows us what animals roam the area now such as the grizzly bear and next to him shows us what roamed thea rea centuries ago such as the T-Rex.  He gives us the stats on them such as weight, height and what they ate.  In this way we can compare two like animals who roamed the same area.  He has done some wonderful research so that similar animals are paired up.  The pictures are bright colorful and accurate.  This is amust have book to be shared with all animal and dinosaur lovers.
