Another Award

I want to thank Joyful at Joyful Journey for passing this award on to me.  I have been lucky to meet so many new people through the comment challenge that MotherReader and Lee Wind hosted.  I am supposed to list ten things about me then pass this on to ten other people.
1.  I am proud to say I am a Christian.
2.  I love swimming.
3.  I have an addiction for fabric like I have for books
4.  I had 5 eye surgeries from May of 2008 to June of 2009
5.  I write poetry.
6.  I teach middle school.
7.  I currently have 6 grand-daughter, (expecting first grandson in May)
8.  I love visiting historical places.
9.  I am terrified of heights.
10.  Due to # 9 I constantly try to overcome this.  I have climbed to the top of the Saint Augustine Lighthouse and been to the top of the Empire State Building.
