Marlayne Giron, author of "The Victor", has written a series of "wish stories" for different people and combined them into one book. If you had one wish what would it be and why? She then takes your wish or your hearts desire and spins it into a beautiful story. These stories inspire and lift you up. Just make sure you have a box of tissues when you sit to read this book.
After reading Marlayne's first book she asked me to take a look at her site, “Wish Fulfilments”. I wrote her back about a wish I had and she wrote a beautiful story for me. You will find it on pages 101 – 107 “Two Peas in a Pod”. She did a beautiful job of capturing my relationship with my sister. I still can’t read it without crying. Each story has a healing or uplifting quality to it. There are so many that any reader can relate to. “Woulda, Coulda, Shoulda” was one I could really relate to. This book has something for everyone. It is not just a book for those who made the wishes. It gives hope to those at their lowest in life and points them to the Lord. I look forward to reading a second wish book. God has definitely blessed this woman with not only a gift of writing but also a gift of insight. I am truly blessed to have her as a friend.
