Between Wyomings: My God and an iPod on the Open Road is Ken Mansfield's story of a trip he and his wife Connie took in their van he named Moses. As they travel Ken is reminded of he life he once lived without God and the life he now lives with God.

The inside message was one of introspection. Ken looked at his past and where it had taken him. He looked at his relationships with some of the biggest names in the music industry such as the Beatles, and Waylon Jennings and looks at the valleys and peaks throughout his life that brought him to God. The story is told through his memories that are triggered by songs he and his wife listen to as they travel. Ken says in his book, "I finally gained what can never be lost. I don't have to practice anymore - I got it! " We go through life just practicing, trying to get life right and God is standing there waiting to give us true life. This is a must read and I will gladly pass it on. I thank Thomas Nelson Publishing for letting me review and blog about the book for them.
