Glimpse - Stacey Wallace Benefiel

If you are looking for that Young Adult novel that shows teens the way they really are, then adds that twist that reels you in, then you have to read Glimpse. I am sorry that prior commitments kept me from reading it when I first got it. When Zellie finally hooks up with the boy she's always had a crush on and finds out it is reciprocated I was floored. It was that way with my first boyfriend. I finally got the courage to speak to him and found out he'd been talking to my father about asking me out. Our fathers were in a quartet together. Unlike Zellie I didn't have the ability to foresee the boyfriends death. Zellie and Avery's parents are doing everything they can to keep them apart. When her secret comes out she has to try to figure out how to hold on to what she has. Is this a gift? or a curse? This was not an over the top paranormal book which is why it was such a wonderful book. It was very believable. Now I need to read the sequel Glimmer and I won't wait so long this time.
