Student’s Thoughts:
This book is about Nick Allen and a word he made up…”Frindle”. This book is a really good book. Mrs. Granger is Nick’s 7th period
teacher and she loves the dictionary.
She was talking about it and Nick got an idea because Mrs. Granger was
saying that people make up a word and they actually become a real word in the
dictionary. He made up the word
“frindle” for pen. Everyone is always
saying pen so Nick started to say “frindle”.
I would recommend this book to someone who wants to have a good laugh. This is a very good book to read I promise
you.
